GenerateHub and its underlying technology, code, algorithms, and infrastructure are proprietary and protected intellectual property.

You Agree NOT To:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to discover the source code or underlying technology
• Clone, copy, duplicate, or recreate the Services or any portion thereof
• Attempt to access, extract, or use any code, algorithms, or infrastructure without authorization
• Bypass or circumvent any security measures, encryption, or authentication mechanisms
• Create derivative works based on our code, design, or technology
• Use the Services to build competing products or services
• Scrape, crawl, or extract data in bulk without explicit written permission
• Access unauthorized sections, admin panels, or backend systems
• Attempt any form of unauthorized access, including security testing without permission

Enforcement

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Oregon
